Um, before we jump into it, you have may have noticed that this episode is a couple of weeks late. This is the first time in five years that I did not get an episode out in time. And um, I don't know why that bothers me so much because I'm my own boss, but it does. And I it's just I've been very, you know, strict about the schedule of when I put out episodes, and I've never, ever, ever been late until now. So it's just bugging me a little bit. But I had a family member pass away suddenly, and to say it was devastating was would be an understatement. And for those of you who have lost someone close to you, you know what I'm talking about. Um grief, no matter how much you try to mentally prepare yourself for the day the day that your parent passes away, uh it's not ever something that you can really deal with when it happens, because it was so overwhelming for me, and I I like couldn't function and still can't very well. Um, grief is a fucking powerful thing, and I just couldn't function. There was a solid week where I just I could not function. I went out to the grocery store, I found myself in tears in the middle of the grocery aisle, and I was like, I I probably shouldn't be out in public right now. So it was hard to say it was hard was you know, it was that's not saying enough. It was difficult, and I'm still working through it, but man, I I just I I could not function. It reminds me of about a decade ago when the cuck boyfriend that I was dating um passed away, and it was like just sudden, it was sudden, not as sudden, but it was sudden. It was a rapid decline in his health, and uh, and it was just not something that I could deal with very well, and I I was able to take a break from everything for quite a while back then, and this time I feel like just not able to take as much of a break. Um, and I so I'm still working through it, and I just want to say a big shout out to everybody out there who is in my circle that just helped me through that time. Special shout out to Doc Chocolate, who he's been through this, he went through this recently, and uh he knows what it's feels like what it feels like to to be where I've where I'm at. Yeah, this is gonna be great. I want to do a special shout out to Kai. Uh, Kai is a listener of the show, and he emailed me and he said, You have to have Adrena on the show. So, shout out to Kai. Thank you, Kai. Yeah, I've been, I've I've heard your name in the cuckolding sphere over the last several years. And so I know that you have a lot of fans out there. You have a lot of people who uh who are you know big, big supporters of of what it is that you do. Uh what for those of you who are listening, this is for for you. What is your story, Adrena? How did you come about to be this like cuckledress, queen of spades, cuckledress in the sphere?

SPEAKER_02:

Yeah, so I guess it was completely unintentional. I started doing mainstream porn in my early 20s. And without realizing it or having no intention uh to engage in it, I was just attracting men in my personal life that got off on me being with other men, which was helpful because that was my job at the time was to go off and have sex on camera with other men. So yeah, I just in my early 20s, that was just the the guys that I was attracting to kind of have my per personal and private relationships with were just guys that really liked that. And I guess I didn't even know it was car coding at the time. I just was like, oh, this this is helpful because you know, this is my job, so you kind of gotta accept it or you know, it's not gonna work out. So um, and then um I guess then I guess the the main turning point was uh I had I was in a relationship with a guy who said he was okay with me doing porn and then very clearly wasn't. And I was chatting to um a camera guy that I used to shoot with a lot um about like how hard it was, like you know, working a porn and a guy saying they're okay with it and then they're not actually okay with it. And um he was just like, well, I'd be okay with it. And um yeah, we kind of we ended up in like a really long-term relationship. He was a camera guy, um, and massively into cuckolding. Um, and um yeah, so we just started filming. Well, he he was just filming like hook hookups that like like real life cuckolding scenarios, I guess. Like he was the cook filming, and I was, you know, having sex with other guys, and he was filming it. And it was really fun because like I could talk to camera like exactly as I because he was behind the camera, so I was just like talking to him and and um that was really fun. Um unfortunately we did break up uh four or five years ago now, but I guess that's what really kind of cemented me kind of really honing in on according content. Yeah.

Yeah, it's amazing how that kind of career when you're a content creator can really attract cacks. They're like, um that's right up my alley. Thanks. Yes. And I love how when you were filming, it felt like legit because it was your boyfriend behind the camera. Yeah. Yeah. That you were able to really just like get into it. Did you really know what cuckolding, like, how did you find out what cuckolding actually was when you were like I guess it was that partner who was really like, yeah, like this is what I am, this is this is what I like.

And yeah, we'd we'd kind of go to uh events and parties together, and yeah.

SPEAKER_01:

Was he more like the stag type of cuckold, or was he like, did he like the teasing?

SPEAKER_02:

Uh yeah, yeah. I don't know if I'm divorging too much information, but he liked, he kind of coined, I don't think he did coin the term, I've seen it around, but he liked the term alpha cuck. Okay, okay. So yeah. Um but but like, yeah, I feel in reality he really did like the humiliation and that. I think it's just unfortunately there's so much shame around cuck holding, and I think a lot of guys struggle to just fully just embrace being a cuck, and they're kind of just like, no, I'm I'm not completely a cuck, um but I'm still a real man, and yeah, so yeah, I know all about that.

That is a real fucking thing. I and why do you think that is? Is that they just like I don't know. What what are your thoughts on it?

SPEAKER_02:

I honestly think it's shame. I think that there's so much stigma around men that are into cuckolding that you know they're weak and they're pathetic and they've got no no uh self-esteem and all all this kind of hor like negative negativity that guys worry that they'll just be labeled with those things if they fully accept it. That's what they are. Yeah.

SPEAKER_01:

But for the guys who actually accept it, the ones who get to the point of like self-compassion and acceptance, yeah. It is amazing. Like they are the best partners.

SPEAKER_02:

Yes. So I'm always I'm like, you just need to accept it and just embrace it, and then you'll be so much happier.

SPEAKER_01:

Yeah, yeah, I agree. Uh so what are you doing now? Are so that was your start? Uh how did you get into what you're doing now?

SPEAKER_02:

So I guess I've still never really officially announced it. Um, but about three years ago now, I decided I wanted to stop filming sex on camera. Um, I just found I'd been doing it for 15 years, and I just felt like I was becoming quite performative, and it was kind of affecting my sex life in my private life because you kind of testify until you're just going through the motions, I guess. And it it was really hard to split the the two. So I was like, right, I need to make a decision here. And so yeah, I've stopped filming um my sex life. Um, and that um it sort of just gave me more time to focus on other avenues, and I get so many guys reach out to me for like advice and like education, really. And I was just like, this, I just really feel like there's such a need for like more more information out there. So I decided to write a a book which I published earlier this year. Um, as you said, so you want to be a cuckold, uh, which has been going down really well. And then I recorded that for Audible as well, and I just released that last month, which is really cool. They can hear me reading it in my British accent, which all the American cups seem to love.

And then um, yeah, then I I started the cuck Academy Mostly as a blog. Um and then I I was kind of thinking about the different stages that kind of cuckolds go through, and I've started kind of building like some courses and stuff to kind of help guys kind of progress through those stages. So, first of all, kind of working through the kind of shame that they may be associating with it, and then moving on to like how they might actually be beneficial to a a another partner and you know what women actually want from them and how to approach that, and then yeah, um, once they're actually in a relationship and some of the issues that they might find from there. So yeah, that's all really exciting. I've just started a qualification in sexology, like I'm such a geek. So uh I'm like I really want like the the academic background. So like I really want to be able to help people and give them advice. It's like actually like factually and scientifically helpful as well as just like from my own lived experiences. I love that so much.

I'm a I'm a total geek.

I really am. That's so you have a lot going on. I I love how you shifted from one thing that wasn't feeling fulfilling anymore for you into something where you could be helpful for where there was a real need or is a real need. I have a gazillion guys asking me for advice and a gazillion guys asking the same three questions over and over and over again. And so I get it. Like there's a big, there's a big need for that. Um, have you cracked the code for guys dealing with their cuck shame? Like, because like I don't know. I I haven't done your, I haven't read through your through your course or anything like that. I do know somebody who has, and he said it was really good and um very um non-porny, very real.

SPEAKER_02:

There's no porn, which I kind of worry about. I don't know whether guys are like expecting porn because that's like my background. But yeah, there's no porn. There's there's there's no nudity, there's even the language is really just like quite informative and yeah. Yeah.

SPEAKER_01:

So if guys are looking for a wank session, that's not it, right? Another one, no. Right. Um, but uh to be able to what for what you said with your cuck academy course, like to to deal with the big, the big thing, which is the shame that a lot of guys, if not nearly all guys, deal with um when it comes to cuck holding. Like, have you figured it out like how to get these guys past that?

SPEAKER_02:

I hope so. The feedback I get like it's like my little morning routine now is I I log on and I like it's like a seven-day course, and at the end of each lesson, they kind of have to fill out like a bit of a reflection. Um and um like honestly, I love it. I sit there with my coffee and I read through their reflections and I give them feedback on them. And it's just it's like it really fills me with like so much hope and optimism that these guys are really like really want to address it and they really want to change and they're they're really taking it on board. And yeah, it seems to be helping. Maybe I need like a feedback form afterwards, uh asking them how much they felt felt it helped. But yeah, it seems to seems to be helping.

SPEAKER_01:

Yeah, the when I first started doing this show, um, it was within the first year that I started to get a lot of feedback from guys saying, you know, you've helped me to accept who I am and helped me to not, you know, loathe this side of myself. Yeah. And I honestly did not fucking even know that there was this like crushing level of shame that so many guys were carrying. But I also felt really happy that the show was helping them in that way. So I think it's fantastic that there's more resources uh out there, like what you offer to for guys to be able to work through this. Cause let's face it, like it is debilitating for them. It is debilitating, damaging for their relationships, potential relationships. So yeah, being able to get through that in whatever way, shape or form, whatever journey that is, whatever that looks like, to be able to get through it and come out on the other side and be like the an amazing partner. Oh my god, worth it. So um what else is in your cuck academy courses?

SPEAKER_02:

Um so I'm still building it actually. Um, so yeah, it starts off with like a quiz so that they can kind of help identify kind of what stage they're at. And then yeah, stage one I've launched, um, and then stage two I'm currently building, but that will be more about uh how to approach getting into a relationship with someone. And um it's not all about them, and they need to be need to be thinking about what their partner wants and you know how that how they can best be of service to her rather than just their fantasies. So yeah.

SPEAKER_01:

Okay, so what yeah, one of the other revelations I've had over the years, actually very early on, was realizing how male-driven cuckolding is. Um yes, like it's entirely-cited to be on your show. Yes, it's so it feels like entirely male, like driven through the male gaze and yeah, male consumption, and literally feels like a lot of these fantasies are crafted by men. And I'm just like, where is the other lens in all of this? Like, I feel do you you feel you feel the same? Yeah, 100%. Yeah. Why is that? Why do you think that this is so male-driven? And because it for a lot of people don't know about cuckolding, they're shocked about that. They think this is something that should be driven by women.

SPEAKER_02:

So, yeah, so that I think you need to hit the nail on the head there. I think just there are a lot of women that aren't aware of it. I think obviously women watch porn, but I think men are introduced to the concept of cuckolding through porn quite often. You know, they're just sort of down some rabbit hole on a tube site or whatever, and they come across it and they're like, oh, maybe this resonates with me. And I don't think women do that as much. So I just I don't think they're as aware. And I have like loads of friends that are in um like consensual, non-monogonous relationships or you know, different poly situations that just weren't aware of cuckooing. And then I get chatting to them and they're like, Oh, yeah. Oh, I think actually that's what I want. Um, so yeah, I just don't think that many women are aware of it. And then when they are, they're like, Oh, this sounds amazing. This is exactly what I need in my life.

SPEAKER_01:

Yeah, I agree. There women are just not arriving at the cuckolding door from the similar path as men in general. And no, the and it's the same thing with me when it comes to non-monogamous relationships. I was in like the swingers' world as a like solo woman for a decade until I actually heard about cuckolding. Like, how is that possible?

SPEAKER_02:

Yeah, I hear that so much. Like they kind of go down a swinging route and then and then it's like, oh no, actually, I just want to cuck man.

SPEAKER_01:

Yeah, yeah. Interesting. It uh it's very interesting. Okay, so what um what is this cuck confessions thing that you uh were doing or at some point?

SPEAKER_02:

Yeah, so I am still doing. Um so like I said, I took a step back from having sex on camera. Um, but I kind of didn't want to retire entirely from filming content because I love it and I've been doing it for so long. Um, so um I thought it'd be really cool to film real couples um uh in different kind of cuckolding scenarios. And I the way I ended up approaching it was to get my fans to submit their favourite scenarios or fantasies, and then I I used those um to to make scripts to then match up to the couples that I think would be good for the series. So yeah, I I have uh done stuff that focuses on you know, buy stuff or foot worship stuff, or you know, really service-oriented stuff, or more um we did like a crazy gangbang, like just all sorts of different variations of cuckoding, but it's been really fun and it's all been real couples that have have done the scenes. So there's it's really nice to have that intimate like real intimacy and connection in the so it's like real couples that are acting out other people's fantasies. Yeah, but I deliberately match the fantasies to the right couple, like niches and and kinks that that couple are into. Yeah. Is that hard? I've had so many submitted to me that I kind of speak to the couples first and sort of say, like what you guys into, and then I sort of just search for key terms in the submitted things and sort of go, does this one sound fun to you? And they're like, Yeah, we love it, let's do that. So yeah, it's fun.

Okay, good. And so and those and those videos are you sell those videos?

SPEAKER_02:

Yeah, so I I have a website called the cuckoldconfessions.com, um, but I also post them on clips for sale. The one I just released last week is currently number one on Clips for Sale in the cuckording category. So yeah, they seem really popular. People seem to love it. I thought it'd be weird me just like third wheeling like in a like a random couple, but no, people seem to love it.

So oh my god, this is so cool. So what do you do when they're do when the couple's like doing their thing and stuff like are you just So I think what's resonating, I don't know, no one's told me, but I think what people like is I kind of focus on the cuck.

So like the wife will be, you know, with her lover, and then I'll be with the cuck, sort of just like making sure it's being useful and like not just sitting in the corner looking. You're like the facilitator, right? Yeah, yeah, yeah. So it's really fun. I love it.

Yeah, I was looking, I was looking at these um posted something on my socials the other day about like the countries that have the biggest dicks, and it was so funny that the US is like way the fuck down in like 84 out of 100 or something. Ridiculous. Yeah. Yeah. And this said the average is five point something in the US. Like, oh, those poor guys. Yeah, that would be too small. The UK is not much better. Yeah. Yeah. What's your what's yours? I'm probably about the same as you. Um, I think there's a there is a threshold where it's just it gets to be so such a small size that I it doesn't hit the spots that I need it to hit.
